Q1. Do you offer customisation?

Yes, we would love to customise a bouquet based on your given specifications. Just fill out some details for us here, and our florist will design a personalised bouquet just for you.

We are currently working on a succulent D-I-Y section of our site, where you get to customise your very own planter (pick your own pots, plants, and colours....)!

We are also open to discuss about bigger events or orders such as weddings and events. You can contact us at hello@knovus.sg for more information.

Q2. How do I care for my flowers/plants?

Q3. How will I receive my item?

We offer complimentary door-step delivery for orders above S$100. For orders below S$100, a standard delivery fee of S$15 applies. 

Q4. How will my "message to recipient" be given or shown?

We hand write all messages that you provide us with on a gift card. Your name will not be included unless reflected in the message provided (just in case it is meant to be a surprise!).

Q5. How are your flower bouquets presented?

We offer several types of wrapping - kraft paper, twine, ribbons, or placed in a vase. Vases are chosen according to the size and type of bouquet purchased.

Q6. Who is behind the creations at Knovus? 

The creations at Knovus are done solely by Desmond Chua, who has a passion for floristry and landscaping. Influenced by his dad who has been in the horticulture industry for over 35 years, Desmond became a plant enthusiast since he was a young kid. He went on to take a WSQ florist course while obtaining his diploma for Landscape Design & Horticulture, and has assisted several florists for exhibitions in Singapore. Upon discovery of the wide range of succulents, airplants, and possibilities, he decided to start up Knovus to share his passion and hobby.
